Predestine (Book Appendix Excerpt)

In whom also we have obtained an inheritance, being predestinated according to the purpose of him who worketh all things after the counsel of his own will. (Ephesians 1:11)

Predestine means to decree beforehand or ahead of time.  Also in anticipation, expect, look forward to, or to make happen earlier than due. God had you in mind before you were formed in your mother’s womb.

As our Heavenly Father, he knows the number of hairs on our head.  God knows the end before the beginning.  He knows what we have need of before we need it.  He knows what we are going to do or say before it is done or said.  God is aware of everything that concerns us.

Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, the Lord knoweth them that are his. (2 Timothy 2:19 - a clause)

You belong to God.  Your mind, body, and soul belong to God.  That’s why it is so important for all of us, as children of God, to develop a closer and more intimate relationship with our Heavenly Father and come into the knowledge of who He is through His Word.

Often times we spend too much time on the problem instead of the problem solver, and on the infirmity instead of the one who can heal us from all form of diseases.  God has not forgotten about you.  Every tear you have cried and every trial and/or tribulation you have faced are only stepping stones toward your future – toward you predestine God-given purpose.

For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us. (Romans 8:18 )

It’s time to take off the mourning clothes.  Some people may have written you off and told you that you will never amount to anything.  The devil is a LIAR, because you were created or predestined for greatness and God has need of you.  You don’t have to prove anything to anyone.  Just live a life pleasing to God, stay focus and let God do the rest.

Moreover whom he did predestinate, then he also called:  and whom he also called, them he also justified: and who he justified, them he also glorified.  What shall we then say to these things?  If God be for us, who can be against us? (Romans 8:30-31)

NO NOT ONE!!!
